Marco's Kitchen was born in a small home kitchen in Naples. Today it lives in the heart of Austin β but the recipes haven't changed.
Every morning before service, our team prepares each sauce, each dough, and each filling by hand. No jars. No shortcuts. Just the same love and technique Marco's father taught him forty years ago.
